SOLAR COMPANY NON RETURN OF DEPOSIT

We visited the House and Garden show 2018. We were interested in the inverter system and were told that if we pay the ame time we will get a discount. we took 2 inverteres. one arrived without a box to place the batteries in, and since itss arrival it has not worked properly. I have contacted them several times and if we lucky they come out a few months later. The second system arrived and is also giving us problems and now I can't een get a hold of their offices and their technician. I have even threatened to report them or take the matter further and have not even got a response to my e-mails. I advise people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
