BAD PROPERTY RENTAL EXPERIENCE

Just a huge disappointment with the way the rental contract for our house was handled. No inspections. Lots of promises made that were not kept. When we were made aware by the neighbours that our tenants were behaving very badly, Jenny told us that we should give the tenants notice and that she would find us new tenants within days! That never happened!! We have lost 3 months worth of rental income. The house was in a mess - agent did not do regular inspections as per the contract. A huge tree was removed from the garden without our permission. Agent did not even know about this. House was left in a mess...it has cost us a lot of money to fix up and clean up...agent just not interested.
