Worst service ever

I have ordered two Nisim products in May 2018. This might have been my third or fourth order from this company over a couple of years. Shortly afterwards I received a phone call informing me that one of the products was not available any more and that a refund will be made. I sent my banking details. In spite of SEVERAL emails being sent to them, I have (1) not received my refund or (2) the other product. I have received only one reply to all of my emails, saying that my order will be reviewed. All other emails were ignored.
