USELESS
I ordered a straightener brush on the 12april 2019 waited untill last week and decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund they supposedly refunded my account last Thursday but it takes 48hours today is monday STILL NO REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT dont bother ordering from them they are useless and *****s and i will continue phoning untill these ****s refund my money R1900

We can see that you made contact with us on the afternoon of the 2nd of May to notify us that you would like a refund as we were still waiting for our supplier to get stock ( as this is an item that we order on demand ) were refunded you on the 9th May directly into your credit card.
