Taking customers money while knowing there are no goods in stock

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered products on black friday, didnt receive goods, while later got email indicating no stock, still waiting for refund. They indicated problem with website, however to date products are still showing in stock. Such unprofessional and dishonest service...advertising products and taking customers money while knowingly no stock. And then refunds are not granted. I will def not purchase from.them again!
