Extremely poor service from Everythinghair

I am highly disgusted at the service I have received from Everythinghair. On ordering products from them, I paid fully for all the products. On receiving the order, the shampoo I paid for was a 500ml, but I was sent a 250ml and in addition one of the products was not delivered. I emailed immediately to get them to correct the error, but only received a response a week later, when another 250ml shampoo was sent and the missing product which I paid for was still not delivered. I did email again, and asked for a refund for the missing product, but have not had any response. They have accepted money for a product not provided, this constitutes *****, and I have yet to receive any kind of apology for the errors that have been made with my order. I am currently wondering how many other clients they have treated this badly and de*****ed without providing the products.
