Expired Goods!

I purchases 3 items ( shampoo x 2 +conditioner) , 1 of the shampoo's was expired. The production date is 0715, Expiry date -0718... Its product expired over a year ago and this was delivered to me. Since everything hair is an online store the consumer is unable to view the finer details on the product. I emailed the query 3 days ago to *** as stipulated on invoice and to date have not received feedback, I tried calling there is no answer. It is not safe to use expired product and yet they refuse to assist to rectify their mistake. This makes we wonder if this online store is a **** ... selling expired goods.
