Everything hair stole my money!
Purchased a product online in November. Took a while to deliver and when following up on the product, was told it was out of stock and would be arriving shortly. After a few days and no further communication, called back and still no stock. This happened 3 times. Eventually told they wouldn’t be receiving stock. I was offered a refund and now 1 month later, and am still waiting for the refund, after having been promised this after 5 different phone calls to various staff members, including the manager. Will never use them again; do not order from them!!!

You are 100% correct, this delivery time frame is beyond outrageous and you should have had 1 person respond to you ( 5 is noot acceptable and this will be addressed internally )
Our average delivery is 24 to 48 hours to all major cities in SA and we have been doing this since 2012.
All delayed orders that have been delayed for this time period were caused by one specific brand that ran a promotion on our site and then could not meet the demand. We were promised stock and every delivery came with less items available and more out of stocks - with their only promise to us, " They will have stock delivered to us be the end of January "
Your promotion that you bought into will be 100% full-filled as soon as stock arrives - should you wish to cancel the order and request a refund, we completely understand and will refund you the funds.
In addition, please can you send us your order number so that we may get in touch - plus ( if you wish ) We will get the Customer Services manager at this large international brand to personally call you and confirm that they did in fact run out of stock.
Please can you send and email to *** with your order number, so that we can rectify this with urgency.
