Paid for product that arrived a week after my wedding, service stinks!

Bad service, Everything Julia D said was the same experience I had in 2017 when I had my wedding, I paid 400 bucks for a cake topper... they had 3 months, it did not arrive on time, after she said it would... and excuse after excuse refused to give me my refund (Told them do not bother sending it... give me my money back... but they sent it anyway 7 days after my wedding and said use it on your fist wedding anniversary cake {no I wanted it for my wedding that is why I paid so much}), when i wanted to complain, i got told that it was defamation of character.... for poor service its actually shocking! I am so sad I did not resort to hello Peter sooner.... I know I wont get a response.... but to avoid anxiety, disappointment, wasting your money and them ignoring you, just avoid altogether! (They had me on their mailing list.... this is why i came to check hello peter to see if I was the only one who had this ********** experience ) Weddings are expensive and stressful... long story short when she over promised and undelivered, I had a friend who made magic, got me my topper in less than 24 hours at R250.00 AVOID THE CAKE TOPPERS! - Over price - You wont get it in time, even if you gave them a year!

oh and don't try and complain on Facebook they just remove your posts- nice !
