Good day

I would like to inform you of the poor quality and professionalism of this online bridal store.

I ordered a ring box, the wood is not cut to size so the box doesn't close properly and the hinges are put on *****.

I ordered white wooden hangers and part of the wood is chipped.

I also ordered slippers and they are made of a rubber sole and would not last 30 minutes, the stitching is even coming apart. The personalised printing is pealing off of them as well.

I emailed to complain about the poor quality and lack of workmanship and was treated very badly by the staff.

I want to warn other brides to not waste their money at this online store.
