****. Give me my money back or deliver my goods!

I purchased an item on their online store and have not received any confirmation of my order despite the fact that they took my money. I was promised that my order would be delivered by the end of the week and it is now going on two weeks and I have not received my goods that I paid for. I do not get any response over email anymore and they don't take any of my calls. This is unacceptable. Give me my money back or deliver my goods as promised.
