WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

I ordered a jacket online from them about 4 weeks ago, after numerous emails to them (because they do not give a contact number) they refused to get back to me. I then put something up on their FB page they e-mailed me casually to say that their supplier hasn't got stock of the jacket and they'll ship it to me once they receive it. No estimated dates, no urgency whatsoever. I then e-mailed them now a 3rd time asking for a refund and still no answer. Glad to say I me or my wife will never support them again.
