Worst Online Shopping Experience EVER!

Guarantee delivery...PLEASE. Refund with no fuss...you must be kidding. I bought goods from them and after the delivery times were not me I asked what was going on. I then only got a tracking number stating my order was shipped. However it stopped in Hong Kong on 22 Apr and has since been there. Few days later I was told that my one item is out of stock...after being shipped. Confused as to how this is possible I was asked to choose items to the value of the out of stock item. I chose 2 items and was told they were also out of stock. The website however did not state out of stock. I told them it was ridiculous and I don't want any other items on the site. I asked numerous times for a refund as they are just messing with me. They have no contact numbers or addresses only a gmail account. They take ages to respond and only want to refund me R899 of my R1998. I have asked them my money back in my account by today 17H00 or I will have to take the matter to the police and social media to prevent others from falling in this trap. It is now 16h50 and no feedback nor money in my account Please do not buy any items from them
