Worst experience ever

<p>Bought some items from them on the 11 February 2016, and i was promised delivery within 3-10 working days. n communication whatsoever till i sent them an email on the 03/03/2016 and i get reponse on the 09/03/2016 and i was being refered to DPex . i called them emmediatly and they got back to me within minutes and they told me there's a customs amount that i need to pay (which i was never told about) so i wrote back to everything styling informing them about this because they had told me i just need to pay a delivery fee of R149 which i paid with my order. they then refer me to their customs department 10/03/2016 i hear nothing from that dept till i follow up again on the 22/03/2016 they refer me to the same customs dept that initially didnt get back to me. mi follow up again on the 30/3/2016 asking them to cancel this order as im not happy with the service. they still dont help me with my refund and refer me back to customs and i get told they promise they will respond in 2 days. 6th of April i sent another email they reponsdon the 7th/04/2016 still cc'ing the department that doesnt respond. on the 12/04/2016 i send an email asking them NEVER to refer me to their customs department i just want my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>They come back tome on the 21/04/2016 to say my order is at my nearest post office i must take my id document to collect the order. so i go to Dube post office because that is my closest post office i get told there is no order for me i must get atleast a reference number. i sent them an email on the 05/05/2016 requesteing for a ref number. they give it to me on email on the 09/05/2016. i go back to the post office they tell me its an invalid reference number same day i send another email requesting a valid reference number. </p> <p> </p> <p>i then get an email saying my order is currently with their customs department and I must call them. they gave me 2 number for that department . called that number from 8 am till 5 there was no answer. so i asked for my refund as i dont want this order anymore because of the appauling service received and i give them my banking details. till today i havent heard anything from them as yet.</p> <p> </p>
