wanting to exchange goods

Prior to making an online purchase, I requested how the exchange policy works (just in case as it was my first online clothing purchase). They're 'based' in sandton, so I was unsuspecting. There was no response to my mail. I placed an order. My goods arrived. Sizes were so wrong, despite using the size chart. The fabric looked nothing like that in the pictures. Upon wanting to exchange my goods, after numerous emails/ fb messages - I was advised I needed to return the items TO CHINA!! Nearly R1000.00 down the drain. Do not purchase from them. The quality does not match what is advertised. Do not waste your money! Subsequently I am now banned from commenting on their fb page.
