Unacceptable delivery time/no-delivery as of yet

The supplier indicated that they deliver their clothing items purchased on their website with in 20-25 DAYS. After that period expired and I enquired about my delivery, they said no it takes 20-25 BUSINESS days. I again waited for that period to lapse and enquired as to where my delivery was upon which they informed me that delays sometimes occur. It has been more than 35 BUSINESS days now and I have still not received my product. This is the worst on-line delivery period and website that I have come upon and I make use of online purchases and deliveries on a weekly basis.
