Terrible quality clothing and won't refund me

<p>I placed an order for certain goods, three Hoodia toe be exact..paid for it and then got an email telling me that their out of stock..did not give me the option to refund me, just to choose something new. Guaranteed 8 days delivery turned into 21 days..when I received it it was cheap material that looked like something you bought at pep..they cost R550 each!! I let them know that the quality was ********** and that I want a refund..they are now basically forcing me to choose something different even though they have nothing I want. No refund.. don't use them!</p>
