Shocking service

I had ordered two beautiful dresses which both were delivered within 8 days. One of the dresses were the wrong colour. I had sent it back following the full return process. This was in SEPTEMBER 2015. I have still not received the item. You can't get hold of anyone. There is no response to emails. Occasionally I get the same response of \ we are awaiting feedback from our supplier". Clearly there is no communication between the supplier and the seller. It is the 20th DECEMBER and I have received nothing and heard nothing . HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? Bunch of *********** people!!!! """
