******* ARTISTS, PREMIUM PRICES FOR CHEAP QUALITY

I ordered a jacket from the online store (they have a website and a Facebook page) called Everything Stylish, the jacket looked incredible from the photographs and the site stated the jacket was on sale for R800. The Facebook page states that their location is in Sandton, when i asked if i could come and try the jacket on to be sure of size they said they are an online store only and suggest i order a larger size to be safe. I was then only told that total cost would be R950 including shipping. I took a blind leap of faith because the jacket looked so beautiful, and what I received was a cheap nylon piece of cloth, roughly sewn together, that looks NOTHING like the pictures on the website and Facebook. What is worse is that Everything Stylish sells exactly the same clothing as Tide Store and Ali Express & charge 3 x the price. When i asked for a refund i was told i can only exchange the jacket, but i first need to ship the jacket back to China (all at my own expense) and then only will they send the exchange. I have repeatedly asked for a refund (or at least 50%, then I will ship the jacket back, upon receipt I expect the remaining 50% paid to me) but to no avail. ******!!!
