Poor communication

<p>I recently ordered a dress from Everything Stylish for the first time. The dress took so long to arrive it was too late for the event I needed it for, and I was forced to buy a different item. It was also of poor quality for the price. I have now sent 2 emails (there are no contact numbers for the business) with the promise of a reply within 3 working days, and it has been 10 days. I am beginning to think that this is a **** and that they are *******.</p>
