Not happy with products quality

I ordered a dress and received delivery, however Im not happy with the dress.<br> I bought the ***y Sleeveless round collar solid color hollow out dress for women, R399, I purchased it on 19 September 2015.<br> <br> I would like to return the dress for refund please, reasons being:<br> Bad quality for its price and has lots of riffles<br> As per picture, the back is open and not with lace<br> It smells terrible<br> The fit is not nice<br> <br> I would like a refund and not an exchange
