NO REFUND/ LATE DELIVERY/ LACK OF RESPONSE

I placed an order for 3 items on the 15/9/2015. We received feedback on the 16/9/2015 that 1 item was out of stock. I then requested a refund on the item but still requested the other 2 to be delivered within the 3-8 business days as i paid an additional amount for shipping fees.Last communication received from Everything Stylish was on the 2/10/2015 advising they will follow up and let us know.They have NO contact number to speed up the process and the response on the email is either extremely long or non existent.I did advise them the urgency of the delivery date as i ordered a birthday present for my girlfriend.I received the parcel a week ago which is a month after her birthday, i do not want the parcel anymore as i had to purchase another gift because Everything Stylish let me down.I have never had any online purchase issues until now.I would not recommend them to anyone as their service is NON EXISTENT...
