No Delivery of orders

I ordered 2 jackets from this company on the 14th of May. On the website they state that delivery time is between 20 to 25 days. I received 1 jacket in beginning of July. After I emailed them, they promised that I will receive my other jacket within 2 weeks. After various requests that they email me the tracking umber, I was informed that the package don't have a tracking number (?) I haven't received my order as yet. I complained on facebook page and they blocked me.
