No delivery, No response

I have ordered a jacket on an onlne store called 'Everything Stylish' and paid R899 via eft and I have e-mailed the proof of payment 3 times to them but I still have not received my jacket and when I send them e-mailes enquiring about it, I dont get any responses or if I do after days they will say the cant read my proof of payment its small and I asked them to e-mail me their fax number never got a response till today. I just want my money back or the jacket.
