No delivery for over 2months

On 4th October I placed an order that cost R800 and was supposed to be delivered within 25 days at the most. as the time passed I sent an email inquiring about the package and I was given an INVALID tracking ID and when I went back to ask for a valid one I still received no response.<br> <br> The worst part is that there is no telephone number listed and I can only communicate via emails.
