No Delivery and no response to refund

Everything Stylish guarantees delivery and also guarantee refunds if an item is not delivered. I placed an order in July 2015 for 3 items. One I received. one I received after a lot of follow up and the third one (which was meant to be couriered) I am still waiting for. I have requested a refund a number of times and to this request, I get no response from Everything Stylish. And it appears that they have blocked me from posting on their facebook page. I see many complaints against them on HelloPeter and on their facebook page. Trading in this ********* way is unacceptable and I expect a response and my refund. It's the principle of the matter.
