No delivery after 2 months - Bad customer service

I ordered a dress 2 months ago for my brothers wedding which never made it on time. On their website states it takes 3 - 10 days. They informed me that they used different courier company and will take a bit longer than usual. This is now 2 months later and still no dress..I don't want the dress anymore as the 2 occasions where I wanted to wear it to has passed. They keep on saying they are trying to get my parcel to me but nothing yet. They don't want to give any refund which I think is ridiculous if you can't meet your terms of delivery originally stated on your website. I will never recommend this online store to anyone!
