No delivery

My mother and I ordered 2 bikinis on 18 Nov as xmas gifts for my sister and her friend. One arrived. Then we were told they dont have stock of the other (we were never informed about this before we ordered, otherwise we would have picked something else). No one has since contacted us or informed us about what is happening with the rest of our order. Also no emails are being answered. Seems like when they have your money, they couldn't care less about their service!! TERRIBLE!
