LOST MY ORDER

I placed an order last week & paid R150 to have the item delivered withing 5-8 days. I queried whether a different size was available & the only response i got was \did I place my order through Bid or Buy?!?"Because they can't find my order. I sent numerous emails & they have been so unhelpful. I have never experienced such bad service from an online company before"
