Is this a **** site?

<p>I ordered an item from the website. They promise 3-10 days to deliver but almost a month later, I have received nothing. They guarantee delivery on their website, saying they will refund or send again if your order does not arrive. I cannot get hold of anyone by email or on their Facebook page. It seems as if the site does not actually exist. I'm starting to think I have gotten careless and been ****med. </p>
