I have had a similar experience to that of earlier reviewers. Items I ordered & paid for were reported to be out of stock after the fact. Since requesting a refund I have not heard from them.

I have no intention of just letting this be. I plan to sue & report them to the DTI if they do not rapidly respond to my emails.

For anyone who has had a similar experience, the Consumer Protection Act no.68 of 2008 specifically protects against this type of ********** activity. Section 55 & 56 deal specifically with refunds.

These are the avenues you can pursue in reporting [URL Removed] & force them to comply with the law:

Consumer Help Line, via the dti Customer Contact Centre: ***

The dti Office of Consumer Protection (OCP) : *** / 1558 /1076

The dti E-mail: ***

The dti Website: [URL Removed]

National Consumer Tribunal (NCT): ***

NCT E-mail: [Email Removed]

NCT Website: [URL Removed]

Juju said it best, \Pay back the money..."

Hope this helps"""
