Final Demand - Against CPA - Avoid like the plague!

Dealing with this useless company has been both painful and frustrating. Their complete lack of response to my emails and promises for a refund not ever received has led me to issuing them with a Final Demand for my refund. If all else fails, I will be reporting this company to the National Credit Regulator and taking to them to the Small Claims Court - I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life
