False Advertising, no returns possible-CON ARTISTS

I ordered goods from Everything Stylish on the 9th of June. The one item (a jacket) arrived, but was COMPLETELY defective. It looks NOTHING like the items advertised. It is made out of floppy, soft polar fleece material and can't hold shape, but is also not styled correctly. I've lodged a complaint, but emails get returned with no name, and I was told that their return policy stipulated that I had to courier this back to China and be refunded afterwards. I did so, and it cost me an additional R300. According to the tracking nr, it was delivered to China but not yet collected and I am simply having NO joy with my follow-ups. The second item arrived at the post office, but now requires me to pay another R103 for collection. I have no idea if this is defective as well and again, the respondent to emails simply states that this is the process - so NO joy! They block anyone who lodges complaints on their Facebook page, so no-one can see any complaints - only enquiries. The complaints are hidden! These people should be stopped from being able to advertise in SA! I'm filing a case with the Ombudsman for Consumer Protection!
