False Advertising, No response, No Accountability

I purchased 3 dresses for over R1000.<br> The dress's were too big and the 1 seam was out. I then requested to exchange the items for a smaller size.<br> It's been over 20 days of solid no response, they advertise that one can exchange dresses.<br> My last response from them was an email on the 30 Sep 2015 saying that they will gladly exchange the dresses, they will then send me the address of the supplier in Sandton and the procedures. I will then need to go physically drop off the dresses there (After paying courier fees)<br> I rep**** requesting the details to please be sent to me and I am still awaiting a response with the details?<br> Since then, I follow up every 2 to 5 days. My emails are ignored and comments deleted. It is clear that only positive comments are allowed on their site. No contact details, no response, makes the world see only positive requests.<br> In plain terms I feel like I have been ****** by them!<br> For all those that are nervous about online shopping, DONT make the same mistake as me.<br> I have screen shots of my comments I placed on their website and now they are gone.<br> I am highly disappointed and exhausted.<br> All I ask for is a response.
