did not respond to query

I received a dress which i ordered this dress does not look anything like the picture on the website, i ordered a small which is so large . i did not even have to try the dress on to know it wont fit me. I have sent numerous emails asking how to go about returning the dress for a refund and did not get a response of any sort. I want a refund this garment is nothing like what i have seen on the website.
