No communication, no delivery

<div>Web store that I assume imports and resells. After having purchased an item on 2 Jan we were told the store only opens 13 Jan - understandable, although that was not made clear at purchase. By the 29th Jan we haven't received anything. The phone line doesn't work, emails get an automated response, and after getting some inputs initially on the chat stating my delivery would not come on the 28th I am unable to get any further responses from them. At this stage I am not sure if I can trust them. I'll reply with a comment if I receive my order.</div>
