Zero customer service

Now I am willing to give anyone a second chance. After my first purchase from them was a complete disaster, I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake! They just do not respond to queries or complaints. Their customer service is non-existent! Unless you are one of the few lucky ones to get your order, in good condition and on time, I suggest you avoid this shop like the plague :P
