Worst online store experience ever

Worst online store in my opinion!!! No response to queries and complaints sent over the past 2 days. Slow, confusing site, a hassle to navigate, I think the site was developed at very low cost....Cannot track my order, been trying for 2 days, emailing support with no response, I will definitely never recommend or use this site again!
