Worst online shopping experience

My worst online shopping ever. I have been waiting for my PS5 to be delivered for over a week. I have been calling for 3 days and they keep telling me that they have escalated my matter and will get back to me in 24 hours but they never do.

I just requested my refund, hopefully they will refund me
