Worst online shop ever

I bought 4 packs of nappies and they only delivered two. I have been following up with them since November with no assistance. Some guy who answers the phone is very rude. There’s no way forward since November, they just promise to escalate my issue. It doesn’t seem like I will ever receive my order. I’ve sent many emails with no reply, I’ve made 100 calls with no help.
