Worst experience ever

If I could give this store a minus rating I would! I ordered a bed on 04/08/2022 and called to enquire about delivery on Friday 05/08/2022. The tracking details status changed to order placed from picking. So I called again on Monday 08/08/2022 and was informed my order was cancelled. I did not cancel and was shocked. Had I not contacted them I would still be waiting for delivery not knowing they canceled it. They will not tell me who canceled it and why when it was fully paid for and no request of the sort was made. I moved into a new house and currently sleep on a mattress on the floor so my frustration is up the roof. Getting in touch is miserable and their agents are completely useless. They say a reversal was made and when I checked I did not receive my money. Contacted my credit provider and they saw no pending reversal either. They will not tell me when my money will be returned and just refuse to give me the information I need. I cannot buy a new bed until I am refunded and now I don't even know if I will get my money back. This store should be shut down.
