Terrible Service Delivery

All we receive are those automated emails when we email them with regards to our orders. I placed an order on Wednesday 27 April and still the status is at "Picking" when my order was suppose to be delivered already. Can get hold of anyone for an update, their service delivery is terrible!!! I regret not going to Takealot instead
