Terrible experience!

Terrible experience! First time I ordered from them and definitely the last. Ordered an inverter trolley on 16 Jan. Kept following up on my order, but got no helpful info...only to be informed on 23 Jan that they have no stock and will have to refund me. Refund will take 7-10 working days...urgh...
