Terrible customer service

Terrible service from this company and it's complains department. Promised me they will deliver my stove on Thursday. Phoned them early in the morning to confirm if they will still deliver as discussed and they said yes someone will phone me. 16:40 I phoned again and thwy said delivery is still on it's way and that someone will phone me. Needless to say nobody ever phoned. The next day I phoned them several times to find out where my stove is - again I was told someone would phone me. I decided I am not going to accept their false promises anymore and asked for a manager. The manager was "busy" all three times I asked for him. They told me that they will see to it that the manager will call me back. That never happened.
