Terrible customer service and *****s your money, no refunds!!!

Horrible customer service, refusing to refund an order!

Bought a pair of Galaxy buds 2, order was opened to check if it was working, used for less than a minute, after which I changed my mind. The product was not working for me, seemed defective as it doesn't stay fitted and keeps falling out.

Contacted customer service only to be told the refund request was rejected due to bull**** hygienic reasons?!

How the hell is a customer supposed to test their product and ensure it is working, but then is told they cannot have a refund? Terrible service, stay away from them
