Terrible Customer service

i bought a Edblo Berlin Medium bed in June 22 and i laid a complaint in August 23 as the bed is terrible, the springs have ****ed and it is of poor quality. I was informed that an inspection was done and there was no factory fault yet no one came to inspect the bed at my place they only gave a report based on the pictures i provided with the complaint. their customer service department is no responding to emails even after the report from the factory as the manufacturers advised that i need to take it up with them .
