STAY FAR AWAY FROM EVERY SHOP.

Made an order with them on 12/09/2021. The website says that delivery would take between 3 - 6 days.

Today 20/09/2021 being the 6th day. I call in and ask where my package is because I have received no communication. I was told they will escalate my compliant and get back to me soon.

I then receive a call from a lady, she tells me unfortunately there is no stock so they are processing a refund to me.

She then tells me this refund can take 7-14 days to reflect.

So now i dont have my oven, there are no longer specials on this oven and i will only get my money back next month to look for another one.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE USELESS PEOPLE, FAR AWAY. STICK TO THE TRIED AND TESTED TAKEALOT!!!!!!! I HAV NEVER HAS AN ISSUE WITH TAKEALOT.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EVERYSHOP PURCHASE AND WILL NEVER USE THIS **** AGAIN
