Slow To Deliver - Return pick-up even worse

Being a regular customer of TakeAlot, I decided to give Everyshop a go. Delivery took much longer that expected for an item that was supposedly in stock, and no communication from Everyshop or courier company as to when delivery would take place. So a lot of time was wasted waiting around for delivery. The wheels really came off when I started have problems with the item a few months after receiving it. Seems returns can only be logged on the website for items within 24 hours of receiving. So you have to work through the customer support channels to schedule the return. Has been 2 weeks since first reporting the problem, and all I get from them is that the courier will come "today". Has been 2 weeks of "todays" and no pick-up. Stick to TakeAlot. Maybe saving a few bucks on Everyshop is not worth the headaches of dealing with them.
