Should shutdown their website - as they can't run it.

I'd score them a ZERO if I could. Placed an order for an item that the website advertises as in stock (nearly R4K) - only to be sent an email more than a week later that it is no longer in stock (and the website still has it in stock). So after having taken my order - money in bank for 9 days - they offer to pay back my money - but I need to wait another 9-14 days for it to appear in my account .... are they running their business with interest paid on other peoples money ? Their online chat support is useless and can't give you any information whatsoever - spent hours trying to get information out of them - and trying to "rescue" the order - no response to emails for a few days - asked to be called to discuss - and they can't do that - NEVER AGAIN !
