Complain against everyshop and Samsung

Gobakwang Dikotse Amina to consumer, enquiries, zaestore 22 hours agoDetails I got the TV replacement from everyshop the TV they send me when I connect it the screen turns blank please tell them to refund me surely they are **** company they take my damaged TV set and return the damaged one again. How can a new TV turn out like this and my TV was mixed with beds and fridges when they deliver it it was too full and was on top of the van and the courier company refused to test the TV they don't send their people to come and bring the TV only the courier guys.

I have tried to speak to them they are not responding.

I called Samsung to lodge a complain against everyshop on email still no response.

I have sent them several emails to complain about the TV not switching on three days after they deliver it.

Please assist they must take the tv and refund my money they take damaged TV and replaced it with damaged TV.
